• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform

• Deceiving or threatening another member

BD368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent Activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification

Any valid balance will be refunded before account closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
